I collect as little as possible. I don't sell your data. I'm one person (Oscar Castellanos, based in Arizona) running this on top of a few tools that make it work. This page tells you what I collect, why, and how to get it removed.
Who's behind this site
First-Gen Finance is operated by Oscar Castellanos, a sole proprietor based in Arizona, USA. “I,” “me,” “us” in this policy all mean Oscar. “You” means you — the person reading this or using the site or course.
What I collect
Only what's necessary to sell and deliver the course, and to see if the site is working.
- Name & email — when you check out. Used to create your course account and send receipts.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Whop. I never see your card number.
- Analytics — aggregate page views, which pages are popular, roughly which country/region visitors are in.
That's the full list as of today.
What I don't collect
- Your credit card details (Whop handles that).
- Your income, net worth, or financial accounts.
- Location beyond what analytics infer from IP address.
- Any sensitive category (health, politics, etc.).
Who I share it with
Only the tools I pay to run the business:
- Whop — checkout, course hosting.
- Vimeo — hosts the course videos.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage metrics.
I don't sell your data. I don't trade it. I don't share it with advertisers.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for two things: keeping you logged into Whop if you come back to the course, and Google Analytics session tracking.
Your rights
Under GDPR and CCPA you can ask me to tell you what data I have, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email support@firstgenfinance.org. I aim to reply within 7 days.
Kids
This site is not directed at anyone under 16. I don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
I'll update this page when I add tools or change how I handle data.
